From a young age, I felt a strong pull toward the holistic health and wellness world.
At 14, after experiencing a severe allergic reaction, my physical and mental health hit a major low. That season of life became a turning point. I realized something needed to change, internally.
I also quickly realized that healing is not linear.
As a teenager, I struggled with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and feeling deeply disconnected from myself. I remember what it felt like to look fine on the outside while spiraling internally. I remember overthinking conversations, questioning my worth, and feeling like my body was the problem.
As I grew older and explored holistic healing more deeply, my biggest realization was that there is always a root. Anxiety, body image struggles, and emotional overwhelm are often symptoms but not the core issue.
True healing begins when we slow down, face what’s underneath, and rebuild safety from the inside out.
During COVID, I enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to deepen my knowledge. But beyond certifications, my true education came from doing the inner work myself. Learning how to regulate, reflect, rebuild self-trust, and reconnect spiritually.
This journey led to the creation of my podcast and coaching practice.
Today, I guide women 15–35 through the kind of inner work I once needed. I help women who look calm but feel anxious, who struggle with body image, who crave deeper spiritual alignment, and who are tired of holding everything together alone.
My work is rooted in feeling safe and confident in your own skin.
Because when you feel safe in your body and aligned in your life, everything changes.
And you deserve that.
